Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation of all cold food items in accordance with established recipes.
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, per company recipes.
• Assembles salads, appetizers and desserts on serving dishes.
• Sets up pantry line with foods, condiments, and garnishments at the start of each shift and restocks as needed.
• Maintains a sanitary work station.
• Functions as a supportive team member during the course of the shift.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills with co-workers.
• Position requires regular, reliable attendance.
