Purpose:
Under the guidance of the Hope Lodge Director, this position is responsible for overseeing Hope Lodge facilities and administration during assigned evening and/or weekend hours.

Duties and responsibilities essential to the functions of the job include the following and other duties that may be assigned as needed.
1. Responsible for onsite management for assigned shift;
2. Oversee admissions of patients.
3. Ensure all incoming guests are familiar with and adhere to facility rules and regulations.
4. Complete administrative reports and record keeping as assigned by Director;
5. Assist in cleaning of rooms and replenishment of supplies following guest departures to ensure rooms are promptly prepared for another guest;
6. Answer main telephone line and route calls to appropriate rooms or take messages as necessary; and
7. Clean common areas as needed.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization;

4. Previous experience in healthcare or social services, preferred;
