  • Uses crisis-handling techniques when/where appropriate. Responds effectively to “difficult” inquirers such as people who are angry, hostile, manipulative or people who contact 211/First Call For Help frequently with the same problem.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work with multi-cultural/ethnic inquirers, older adults, people with disabilities, sexual minorities and other populations. Job Description
TriMark SS Kemp, a leading distributor of supplies and equipment to the foodservice industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Restaurant Chain department.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
§ Respond to various customer requests in a timely and effective manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
§ Provide support to Coordinators, Department Supervisor, and Department Manger.
§ Receiving, placing and tracking orders; scheduling and following up on service calls; creating, printing and sending spec books; creating, and printing and sending service manuals.
§ General administrative duties.
§ Communicate with all internal departments – Credit, Design, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse – in a professional manner to ensure customers requirements are met and exceeded.
§ Expected to grow capabilities to perform position with greater efficiency annually.
§ Expand their knowledge of other jobs within the organization.
§ Efficiently complete duties assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications
§ Prior Customer Service experience.
§ Possess strong organizational skills and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
§ Clear, concise and accurate phone skills.
§ Computer literate.
§ Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
§ Results-oriented team player with an unwavering commitment to the customer, the team and the Company. § College Preferred but not required.
§ Restaurant experience and knowledge of reading blueprints preferred but not required.
