Responsibilities:
Wash and clean tableware, pots, and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.

Load, run and unload dish machine. Wash pots, pans, and trays.
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional and mechanical problems immediately.
Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. Maintain adequate levels for dining room and kitchen.
Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage or loss.
Keep dish room clean and organized.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Wash work tables, walls, and refrigerators.
Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills with co-workers.
Functions as a supportive team member during the course of their shift.
Position requires regular, reliable attendance.
