Job Description

This position will entail working at a Community Based Work site in the Kamm’s corner area located on the Westside of Cleveland, teaching Developmentally Disabled clients custodial skills. The Job Coach will develop appropriate job keeping behaviors, task analysis, development of skills to complete specific job tasks, development of natural supports and the identification and implementation of reasonable accommodations at the job site. Assist the program supervisor in the development of an individualized success plan. Responsible for implementing the success plans to aid participants in achieving measurable objectives. Implement appropriate positive behavior interventions and support techniques to enhance the client’s success. Provide accurate and timely reports as necessitated by case management procedures or as requested by supervisor.

High School Diploma or GED required. Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred. Experience with Developmentally Disabled population is preferred. Must be available to work 5:30am – 11:00am shift, Monday through Friday.
