Free tax preparation offered Saturday
Individuals and families earning under $46,000 who have a simple federal tax return can have their taxes prepared for free during Super Tax Refund Saturday, to be held 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at the Virgil E. Brown Center, 1641 Payne Ave., Cleveland.
Taxpayers must bring the following: IRS W-2 or 1099 form for 2009; valid photo ID; Social Security cards for yourself, spouse and all dependents; childcare expense statement including provider's tax identification number; Form 1099 for any checking/savings; bank account numbers and routing number for direct deposit; and your 2008 tax return if available.
