Cleveland Clinic is offering a free 3-month gym membership to all Cuyahoga County adults to YMCA or Curves. In order to take advantage of this offer all interested go!FIT participants must be registered via the go!FIT web site AND have completed their in-person enrollment by JANUARY 31, 2010 to be eligible for the program.
