Job Description Maintenance Worker
1) Performance of resident service requests
2) Performance of preventative maintenance tasks
3) Participation in ongoing education and training
4) Handle receiving and delivery
5) Perform maintenance inspections
6) Resident Relations
7) Responsible for complete snow removal and salting of main road, walkways and parking areas

Qualifications
1) 1 year apartment maintenance
2) Aptitude for general maintenance , plumbing, electrical and HVAC
3) Care for and use of basic tools
4) Safe and neat work habits
5) Must have valid driver’s license
6) Ability to work with limited supervision
