Client Service Representative- Temporary Part-Time $12.75/hr
The Plain Dealer is in search of a Client Service Representative for the Prepress Department to provide support for the sales and production departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the input of advertising order data, tracking orders, sending proofs and getting corrections and approvals. Must be able to communicate with sales and production departments as well as clients and to work as part of a team to accomplish team goals. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and commitment to customer service required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Typing requirements are a minimum of 25 WPM. Candidates must possess excellent spelling and grammar skills, basic MAC and PC skills a plus. High School Diploma required, some college preferred.
