Job Description
Shift: variable. Assists in coordinating the daily shift operations activities of the Environmental Services staff at ACH, STH and offsite locations and/or both on Weekends and Holidays. Assists in the establishment, implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, work objectives and standards for the department. Enforces regulatory compliance, implements and provides follow up to improvement activities. Assists in the hiring, development and retention process of employees. . Builds work teams and engages employee partners to achieve common established goals and objectives as established with their input and participation. Assists in integrating the system, division and department`s mission, vision and values into their and their staffs individual behavior, actions and decisions. Leads by example. Always gives clear, concise direct, open and honest communications and establishes specific expectations. Assume overall responsibility and accountability of department operation.

One (1) year of Environmental cleaning experience that has provided a working knowledge of preventative and corrective cleaning procedures with corresponding productivity measurements & The care/ use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Previous supervisory experience demonstrated by direct front line employee supervision responsibility. Will consider experience in the following positions for a portion of the requirement; coach, facilitator, project leader and work leader.

High School graduate and some college coursework or professional seminars

Additional years of related supervisory operations experience may be substituted for college coursework requirement.
