Description
The Transportation/Maintenance Worker is responsible for general maintenance, building repairs, and maintaining company automobiles to ensure everything is safe, clean, and in an orderly condition. Maintains inventory records and files; prepares reports; monitors maintenance schedule to assure tasks are performed in a timely manner. Maintains and troubleshoots all areas including electric, plumbing, heating and cooling, grounds, office furniture, moving cabinets, desks, etc.
A high school diploma or GED. Must have 5 years experience in building maintenance work, including knowledge of methods used in maintenance and building repair including wiring, plumbing, carpentry, glass replacement, painting and ground maintenance. Ability to use a PC. Willingness to work weekends and other shifts as needed. Must be professional and have good communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Monday - Friday/7:00 am - 3:30 pm
