Position Title : Computer Operator (Third Shift)
Location: Home Office, Glenwillow, Ohio

Position Summary : Assists in the creation, auditing & distribution of all information produced by the Information Systems Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Computer Operator (Third Shift) must perform the following essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation:
Creates, audits, and distributes all scheduled reports
Monitors AS400 for peak performance & efficient
Performs backups for AS400 and PC network.
Maintains and organizes database backup libraries.
Provides tier one hardware/software support
Provides coverage for other computer operator position during vacations, sick and personal leaves.

Positions Educational Requirements :
High School Graduate or equivalent
2 yr. Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems preferred, or related experience
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required : Minimum 1-2 years experience in a related Computer Information Systems position with similar essential duties and responsibilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them with a sense of urgency and follow-up.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
The ability to think analytically and complete projects with minimal supervision.
Technical skills in general PC software and hardware usage.
