Back up other Team Members
MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/SPECIFIC WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Keyboarding skills
- Professional Phone Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
