Job Description
Hospice of the Western Reserve is one of the largest hospice and palliative care programs in the country with eight locations serving northeast Ohio. Over 600 diverse team members work together to provide everything from art therapy and spiritual counseling for patients to nursing instruction and respite care for families and caregivers. We currently have full-time and part-time positions (Hospice House) providing hospice care in homes and nursing facilities..
Must be STNA and able to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team. A valid driver's license, good driving record, and car are required. A genuine commitment to the mission, values and work of the agency, and an ability to work effectively with others are required.
