Job Description
TriMark SS Kemp, a leading distributor of supplies and equipment to the foodservice industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Restaurant Chain department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to various customer requests in a timely and effective manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide support to Coordinators and Department Manger.

Receiving, placing and tracking orders; scheduling and following up on service calls; creating, printing and sending spec books; creating, and printing and sending service manuals.

General administrative duties.

Communicate with all internal departments – Credit, Design, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse – in a professional manner to ensure customers requirements are met and exceeded.

Minimum Qualifications
Prior Customer Service experience.
Possess strong organizational skills and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
Clear, concise and accurate phone skills.
Computer literate.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
Results-oriented team player with an unwavering commitment to the customer, the team and the Company.
College Preferred but not required.
Restaurant experience and knowledge of reading blueprints preferred but not required.
