Job Description
The Renaissance Retirement Community, a part of Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network, is hiring a Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC.
This person will be on-call 24 hours a day and responsibilities include: maintenance/repair on the facility/equipment to include plumbing, electrical & mechanical work plus service heating & cooling units/ systems.
3-5 years experience working with HVAC units and HVAC/R certification is required.
In case you are not familiar with our community, The Renaissance is surrounded by 164 scenic acres, including a 9-hole golf course. The continuum of care we provide includes independent living and assisted living, as well as rehabilitation and skilled nursing care at our 96-bed nursing center.
