Job Description
Kurtz Bros., Inc., a leader in manufacturing and distributing landscape supplies and recycling, is currently looking for a Parts Coordinator in support of the repair and maintenance shop. The shop repairs and maintains a large inventory of tractor/trailers and heavy equipment. Responsibilities of the position include:
Maintain an accurate physical and perpetual inventory within TMT
Parts Management - identifying, ordering and receiving stock and special orders
Maintain a clean, well organized parts room and shop
Vendor relations and vendor negotiations
Process work orders for the purpose of tracking parts and matching parts to work orders
Assist in purchasing decisions for parts and equipment
Review and monitor P & L goals with the Shop Manager on a monthly basis

Requirements include:
Experience with heavy equipment, truck and production equipment parts
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to review financial statements and cost reports
Tractor trailer/heavy equipment mechanic experience is a plus
Valid and clean drivers license, Class A or B is a plus
Salary commensurate with experience. EOE.
