Working under moderate supervision, performs readings of ophthalmic images for multi-center clinical trials using image analysis software and image standards.

• Read study images according to reading procedures set forth in the REDIARC/SMRC Manual of Operations

• Provide standardized, reproducible measurements of clinical ophthalmic findings

• Assess quality of all images read

• Regularly perform image reading for quality assurance purposes

• Perform data entry of study data as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience

0 to 3 months related experience required. Some digital image analysis experience (preferred)

Essential skills

• Basic research skills

• Computer literacy

• Ability to integrate research findings

Technical skills

Computer skills — data input and word processing
