  • Maintains inventory of campaign materials in Access database ensuring that quantity of actual stock is equal to computer stock; notifies marketing as materials need to be re-ordered and develops reports of stock quantities for Marketing as necessary.
  • Monitors campaign materials supplies in the fundraising division supply area and re-stocks as necessary (usually every Friday) ensuring that supplies are available as needed.
  • Inventories materials in November to provide overview of usage. Ensures that inventory balances with database figures.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
Frequent contact with Marketing and Fund Raising staff, delivery personnel.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Combination of education and experience normally represented by a High School diploma or equivalent and basic experience in data entry is required along with the ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs.) Summary:
Ship, receive, store, and track inventory at the Mentor Distribution Center. Ensure parts are handled in accordance with Company and Federal standards.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Unload trucks and deliver inventory to stock. Parts must be physically moved and entered into ORACLE system through receiving transaction.
2. Prepare transaction for sales order and gather necessary inventory for shipment. Submit transaction into ORACLE system.
3. Pick material for work orders, according to printed picklists. Perform ORACLE transaction to issue material including any adjustments.
4. Stock completed sub-assemblies and accepted purchased parts.
5. Pack any material shipped from the Distribution Center and complete shipping authority log using appropriate procedures.
6. Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts. Assist Team Leader or Supervisor in researching discrepancies in inventory data.
7. Ensure material movement is shipped, received, and stored according to Company and Federal standards. If material is not in conformance, reject part and complete NCR.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Fork lift truck license helpful, must be certified by STERIS trainer once in position.

Position requires frequent lifting (at least 50 lbs.), bending, standing, sitting, and walking. Tasks may be repetitive at times. Frequent use of computer. Must be able to operate fork lift truck.

One to two years shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred. Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Working knowledge of computer helpful.

Position Summary
The Cleveland Foodbank is seeking a Repack Supervisor responsible for the daily work performance, volunteer projects scheduling, salvage processing and repacking of food and non food products. This position directly supervises five staff members. Evening shift required 11a.m. to 9:00p.m. Monday through Thursday and Saturday mornings from 7:00am to 12:30pm (non negotiable).

Qualifications Necessary
HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two to three years supervisory warehouse/production experience required, with the food industry preferred. Knowledge of food safety is a must. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills required. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Computer skills required, to include Word and Excel. Experience with warehouse management software (Navision software a plus) desired. Experience with product recalls a plus. Tow motor certification preferred.
